Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your receipt date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot offer an exchange on change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your product must be faulty. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your product is faulty, you must follow the returns process: You must notify Alique by email (info@alique.com.au) within 5 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 5 days after such notification. You must provide a “proof of on-line purchase”, being either an invoice, receipt or bank statement.
Products must be returned to: Alique Group, PO BOX 903, RYDE, NSW 1680 Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then we will send out an exact replacement for your faulty item.
